Brief

During our first meeting, I collect your needs and your constraints (brief, deadlines, budget). I immerse myself in your context and your challenges, if necessary through a start-up workshop.

Collaboration

I am your single point of contact. At each stage, we take stock with you of the progress of the project which gives rise to a deliverable, included in the schedule.
